4. Payment Information & MYR Transactions
All transactions on the padu33 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits and withdrawals must be made using the payment method registered and verified under the same user's name.
Padu33 accepts a range of local payment methods including DuitNow, internet banking (FPX), and approved eWallets. Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by selected method and will be shown during the transaction process.
- Deposits: Credited to your account once confirmation is received from the payment provider. Processing times vary from a few seconds to 15 minutes depending on the method used.
- Withdrawals: Processed within the stipulated timeframe once the request is verified. padu33 reserves the right to request identity verification before approving any withdrawal.
- Transaction Fees: padu33 does not charge any hidden fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment service providers may apply their own charges.
Any attempt to process payments using unauthorised or stolen card or account details will be reported to the relevant authorities.

Account Suspension & Closure
Padu33 reserves the right to suspend or close any account that violates these Terms & Conditions, engages in fraudulent activity, or upon request by legal authorities. If an account is closed due to a breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the circumstances of the case.
Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting the padu33 support team. Any legitimate balance will be processed for withdrawal once all checks are completed.
Changes to Terms
